So far I like the Void Engineers: [url=http://whitewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Void_Engineers]http://whitewolf.wikia.com/wiki/Void_Engineers[/ulr]

The place for humanity is the stars, Not only is the Earth too small by far, but it's dying, just look around, and you can see that. Pollution, crime, war: Society is tearing itself apart, and it's taking our world with it. No matter, for we have seen the glory of the universe. Humanity (or the better parts of it, anyway) can settle where we have explored. We have already released primitive rocket-technology to the Masses; soon we will begin to encourage mundane versions of our Deep Universe vessels. When humans have settled on a dozen worlds, the problems of Earth will no longer seem so important. As for us, what will we do then? We have always been explorers. Even before our work settling the near worlds is done, we will be gone again, pushing the frontiers of knowledge. We hope some of the Masses will come with us: for Unity lies in seeking.

New World Order and Iteration X are exciting too. Did anyone else read about that cross-over of Masquerade and Mage in India, where the Technocratic Union (which recently displaced the Traditions as the major power, sort of like if the Sabbat displaced Camarilla in Mage terms I think) took out a Methuselah that had gone into Frenzy in India? They used satellites that could concentrate sunlight I think. How would a directed energy sun ray affect a Kindred?

They did not take out a Methuselah, they took out the antediluvian of the Ravnos. It was called the Week of Nightmares in lore.

My favorite is House Tremere, but that's just because I'm incredibly unfamiliar with Mage.

Now you wanna talk shop about obscure bloodlines in Vampire, or discuss the philosophical and moral quandaries of Haquim's method of dealing the fatal blow to the Baali in the second Baali war? I'm totally on board baby.

The Ravnos they supposedly took out has reality-warping powers and ungodly levels of Fortitude. I don't believe the vampire actually died. However, the bombs dropped during that battle shook some key foundations in Oblivion, and I believe were key to the return of the Harbingers of Skulls or the Cappodocians or someone like that. Been a while since I dipped my feet into that end of the swimming pool. My favorite cross-over is Demon and Vampire, with the Baali, Salubri, Lasombra, Tremere, Tzimisce, and of course Demons. That's messy shit right there, although the Lasombra angle on it was supposedly clarified out in newer writings.

But Farris, isn't that what the Giovanni are known for?

Nah, the Giovanni are famous for being the Lanister siblings of the Vampire world. Except with them the incest doesn't stop when you dieĀ  Twisted Evil

Virtual Adepts. I'd love to play a hacker/maker, sort of a hybrid between the VAs and the Sons of Ether.
